Dr. Kelly Collins made the passing of our wonderful dog, Duke, so peaceful. She was prompt in contacting us to discuss our options, professional and so kind. She was flexible when we needed her to come sooner and was completely focused on Duke, despite us talking and our other dog being right there. I can not tell you what it means when your pet passes so peacefully. Dr. Collins treated Duke with such love and kindness, was so polite and patient with us and other dog and I will always be so grateful!

We recently had to let our cat, Loki, go after 12 good years with me and my wife. I could not have asked for anyone better to help us say goodbye. The vet was compassionate and kind. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye, and even let us share some stories without feeling rushed. When ever we had a question, they responded quickly and thoroughly. My wife and I also treasure the paw print we were able to get. You can definitely tell they do the service out of care and passion. If it is time to say goodby, as hard as it is, I could not recommend anyone else more than I can recommend these guys.

I want to thank you for encouraging me to keep Guinness at home and you working around him. When Lexi would be hospitalized, I would come home without her and they would look all over the house for her. Having the others be there, like you said, helped them process what was going on. It is such a difficult thing to go through but your peaceful, caring and kind nature made it a little easier. I hope when the time comes again I can do it at home rather than a clinic setting. It makes a huge difference in coping with the grief.

When the time comes when you have to let go and see your fur babies off, I can't think of a more peaceful service to use. Dr. Kelly comes to your house which is the most comfortable environment for your pet. Then gently puts them to sleep. She takes care of everything and with class and dignity. No more going to my vet and everybody seeing you cry or asking what your dog is there for? Your pet and you deserve better. Pets at Rest does just that!

Dr. Kelly Collins was absolutely amazing for the euthanasia of my dear sweet pit bull terrier Lola Miller. She was on time and very passionate and caring when handling Lola. The other dogs gravitated towards Dr. Collins as well and they trusted her, as we did with our little girl. Thank you Dr. Collins for everything you did for us and our fur babies. Your service was exceptional and I will go with no one else if I have to go through another in home euthanasia.

I called every mobile euthanasia vet I could find and Dr. Kelly was the only one who answered the first try, it was her personal phone even though it was well past business hours at 8:30 or 9pm but my sweet baby boy Frank had gone from partially blocked to fully obstructed and couldn't pee and his temp was at 95, among other ongoing health problems on top of this. We felt it was time to let him go so he didn't suffer. Dr. Kelly was there within the hour, I think it was around 9:30 maybe later (time was a blur). There's a fee for past business hours we were happy to pay since we were interrupting her night. She walked me through the process of scheduling online so she could get my address and I could pay easily online prior to her arrival. She was so sweet and friendly. I work in veterinary medicine and have helped so many families say goodbye to their own babies, so I thought I would hold it together so much more than I actually did. I was an absolute disaster and she kept her cool at all times and was so efficient. She let me sit where I was when she got there in his favorite spot on the bean bag we have and treated his little body with dignity when he was gone, and let me take my time in saying goodbye. Reviews aren't my jazz usually but Dr. Kelly truly went above and beyond and we would've had to take Frank in his kennel to VCA ARECA and with COVID going on who even knows how that would have gone. Thank you again for everything you did for Frank to Dr. Kelly.

Our world was shattered when we found out that our perfectly healthy 3 year old Shepherd/Doberman mix was having spinal issues out of nowhere. Jordie went from running like crazy to almost paralyzed on the floor in lots of pain within days! When we found out there was nothing we can do for her, not to mention the fact that we couldn't move her made it a challenge to have some one come to our home ASAP to euthanize her so she wasn't in pain anymore. Our daughter found Dr. Kelly at Pets at Rest AZ for us, Dr. Collins was warm and understanding from the first phone call to her arrival. She kept us posted on everything, from arrival time, to how things would be handled. Jordie was very nervous and anxious from all the pain and Kelly took lots of time to make our baby girl feel comfortable. The whole situation was horrible to begin with, but Kelly was the perfect person with her caring, loving disposition she showed us and our baby girl. After having experienced this and her practice, I would never ever take my other babies to the vets to have this done ever again ~ Thank you Dr. Kelly Collins ~ You're a 5 star plus in our book!

Deep thanks to Dr. Collins for helping us during a difficult time. Cody has been with us since he was six weeks old. Now aged and blind he was struggling to walk and losing some faculties. Dr. Collins responded to our request immediately, met with us in our backyard, compassionately sat with us until we were ready and provided a peaceful transition to our beloved boy.

Kelly is an amazing person, She made us feel comfortable in a horrible situation. It was quick and painless for him. I'm so glad we found her and we were able to do it in own home so he was not terrified having to get in a car and go to a vet. She also gave us a free paw print that you can add a photo to. I highly recommend her.

I wanted to give you a heartfelt thanks for taking care of Bleu and coming to our aid when we needed you. We received Bleu's ashes today and a paw print.

She was very caring and compassionate. She loves dogs also and she understood how difficult it is to the owner. She was very professional yet human and provided a very peaceful passing of my dog. I did it at home and I recommend anyone if possible to do it that way. Thank you Kelly.
